The foreign-born communities of St. Louis is a beautiful gift to the city as Ambassadors from all over the world. As Tim Keller says we were 'designed to welcome one another' to flourish the city together. We are Ambassador City Church!


Multiethnic Community Values

Whole Life Worship:
A family rhythm to welcome all foreign-born families in the worship of Jesus by faith alone through grace alone to be fully known and fully loved (Psalm 22:27) 

Whole Life Mission:
Every member is on mission in their unique calling to follow Jesus by integrating Sunday Worship and Monday Work to multiply disciples in all areas of Life (Matt. 4:19) 

Whole Life Identity:
Our identity is rooted in the Sonship of Christ to live as heirs in Christ to multiply multiethnic church planting in all Universities and neighborhoods of St. Louis (Rom. 8:14-17) 

Whole Life Flourishing:
To seek the flourishing of the city of St. Louis by boldly living the word of God through Prayer in the power of the Holy Spirit on the campus, in the community, through the church (Eph 6:19.20)

Rev. Dr. Brad Wos

Ambassador City Director

Brad and his family lived in Cape Town South Africa for 14 years serving with Mission to The World as Campus Ministry Director, Community Development with World Cup Soccer, Church Planting, and evangelism training. Before South Africa, Brad served 14 years in the corporate world discipling the nations with the Navigators Marketplace ministry and helping plant Twin Oaks PCA Church. Brad worked as an Executive at Citibank, Startup team with Panera Bread Company, and IT Consulting. Brad is ordained in the EFCA and served as the EFCA Central Multicultural Director for 6.5 years. In May 2024 Brad graduated with his Doctor of Ministry degree from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis. His dissertation provides residency training on multiethnic church planting in diaspora movements. He is an avid cyclist, UEFA soccer coach, loves skiing, tennis, discussing the gospel in all of life, and long walks with his wife of 33 years.

Dr. Haitao Li

Ambassador City Treasurer

Haitao is a Professor at University of Missouri St. Louis (UMSL), Department Chair, and Founding Director of the Laboratory of Advanced Supply Chain Analytics. Haitao and his family are members of First Free Church in Manchester area of St. Louis.

Terry Reznikov

Ambassador City Board Chairman

Terry was born and raised in Riga Latvia. Terry moved to the USA in 1991. In 1998, he started and continues to serve as the President of Modern Exterior Tech (MET) Construction based in St. Louis. Terry and his family are members of Wellspring EFCA in South County area of St. Louis.

Lenard Johnson

Ambassador City Reconciliation Director

Lenard is a graduate of Kirkwood High School and played Collegiate Basketball at The University of Nebraska. Lenard has served as a missionary in South Africa and Fiji. As well as short term missions work in the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and Mexico. He has a heart for reaching and reconciling the Nations to Christ in our city. Lenard and his wife Natalie are members of Truth & Grace EFCA In Overland area of St. Louis.

Laura Calys

City ESL Director

Laura is 3rd Generation Japanese American that served on staff with First Free Church in St. Louis for 25 years. Laura specializes in English as Second language as a trainer and practitioner and loves all people and the city of St Louis. Laura has 2 adult children.

Rev. Rick Burke

Reach Global UPG Director

After graduating from Missouri State in Springfield, Rick served for 10 years as Cru Director in Kansas and Missouri. He then managed his family sign business for 10 years. Rick helped plant First Free and Wellspring EFCA Churches in St. Louis before leaving for Europe with Reach Global. For 30 years Rick served with Reach Global as International Director of Church Planting in Europe, Russia, and Latin America. Rick and his wife just celebrated 50 years of marriage.

Rev. Raymond Gharabeyghi

City Pastor Iranian Church Catalyst

Ray was born and raised in Iran of Armenian descent. Ray played professional soccer player in Iran. He and his wife arrived in the US in 2008 as a religious refugee. Ray served as the the pastor of the Iranian church of St. Louis for 15 years and is co-director of St. Louis Cup of Nations.

Rev. Dr. Lal Nun 'George' Tluanga

Myanmar Burmese Pastor Catalyst

George was born in Myanmar. He served as the President of The Evangelical Free Church of Myanmar for six years before coming to the United States in December 2022. George serves as the Senior Pastor of Columbia Mission Church (EFCA) in Columbia Missouri.

Rev. Ed Moncada

City International Student Catalyst

Ed is Campus Staff with International Student Inc. in St. Louis, Originally from Manila, Philippines. Now with ISI, (International Student Inc.) in Metro St. Louis Region. For 22 years Ed was with MO Baptist Convention State staff. He was Multicultural Church planter among Ethnics in St. Louis. He pastored Filipino Churches in St. Louis & in New Orleans while at New Orleans Baptist Seminary. Ed has a passion for Prayer & Awakening. A long time Cardinal baseball fan since his youth in St. Louis. He loves bird watching, nature walks with his wife of 40 years, & his grand kitties. He also loves to reach out to the refugees, homeless, & those with special needs.

Rev. Dr. Robert Kim

City Network Advisor

Robert serves as an Advisor to immigrant church planters. As an Asian American whose grandmother came to know Christ through the work of Presbyterian missionaries in South Korea, Kim felt the missionary impulse while in high school in the States. In seminary he “came to see that missions was everywhere, not just overseas,” and he began to focus on church planting as a form of missions. This led to the planting of Gracepoint Church in Philadelphia, which he pastored for 12 years while also overseeing the planting of a daughter church. He later served as Coordinator of the Metro Philadelphia Church Planting Partnership, where he provided guidance, training, and resources for church planters in five presbyteries of the Presbyterian Church in America. In 2019 he stepped into his present role at Covenant, in which he oversees training, mentoring, and internship programs for the church planting track.

Charlie Johnson

City Evangelism Catalyst

Charlie serves as a cross-cultural catalyst for immigrant pastors to communicate the gospel in America. For 30 years Charlie served as Senior Executive in Telecommunications. For 30 years he served as an elder and evangelist in Church Planting. He ran a successful Christian Radio program. Charlie loves to teach and is a gifted teacher. Charlie currently serves as a High School Math Teacher. He has served for eight years on the Cup of Nations immigrant Soccer board. He loves to play Bridge.

Rev. Todd Brooks

City Church Planting Advisor

Todd serves as an Advisor to Church Planting. He holds a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary. Todd ministered with the staff of CRU prior to beginning an internship at Cornerstone EFC. Todd became the leader of a daughter congregation, which was launched in the City of St. Louis in 2006. Since 2019 Todd leads the Church Multiplication efforts in Missouri and Arkansas with EFCA Central.
